East Main Street reopens following suspicious package investigation

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Richmond police reopened a  two-block stretch of East Main Street after completing an investigation into what they called a  “suspicious package.”

Police said there was a suitcase with clothing inside.

East Main Street between 10^th and 12^th Streets were closed while officers investigated.
