RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect delays again near the Siegel Center today due to one graduation.Congratulations to ECPI grads! Expect heavy traffic on Broad near Belvidere outside the event from 1pm until about 4:30pm. The ceremonies start at 2pm and end at 4pm.
There will also be 4 graduations on Saturday in the same area.

- Noon – 2pm Patrick Henry High School
- 3:30pm – 5:30 pm Atlee High School
- 7pm – 9pm Lee Davis High School
