Virginia Beach (WTVR) – After six months of rehabilitation this sea turtle is headed back out to sea.
The Virginia Aquarium released “Makahiki” into the wild this morning from First Landing State Park.
She was rescued on New Year’s day when two people in Sandbridge found her limp, cold and stunned.
