RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect closures and heavy traffic overnight on 95 North and South between the City and Chesterfield. Crews will be conducting pothole patching between Southpark Blvd. (mile marker 53) and Maury Street (mile marker 73). Expect congestion from 8:30pm to 5am through Thursday.
