HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Henrico Police arrested two men on drug charges after a traffic stop Thursday morning at the intersection of Conway Street and E. Laburnum Avenue. A two-year-old child was in the car with the men, Henrico Police spokeswoman Lt. Linda Toney told CBS 6. Toney did not indicate the relationship the child had to the men.

The child was released to the custody of his mother, who was also in the vehicle.

Malcom Ogburn, 21, of Richmond, is charged with drug and gun charges, according to Lt. Toney. He is also charged with contributing to delinquency of a minor.

In addition to drug and gun charges, Jonathan Brown, 24, of Ashland, is also charged with child endangerment.

Both men are scheduled to appear in court at the end of July.
