CULPEPER, Va. (WTVR) – The husband of a woman shot and killed by a Culpeper police officer earlier this year has filed a multimillion dollar wrongful death lawsuit.
As WUSA’s Peggy Fox reported, the lawsuit is based on an eyewitness account.
