HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - A woman said she was thrown to the ground by two men in Henrico County's West End, according to Henrico Police spokeswoman Lt. Linda Toney.

Toney said the woman parked her car along the 8200 block of Uxbridge Court, off Parham Road, around 11:00 p.m. Wednesday night.

As the woman walked from her car, Toney said she was approached by two men who made sexually explicit comments towards her.

The men then threw the woman to the ground. Toney said the woman was able to break free and call police.

“Is it was so bad it brought me to tears,” said Kendall Hill. His 21-year-old roommate is the victim in this case.

Hill told CBS 6 that his roommate had just parked behind their apartment in the parking lot of Henrico Doctor’s Hospital on Parham Road, just a few feet away from their apartment’s back door when the crime occurred.

He said his friend was getting out of the car, and just as she was getting out of the car, two men approached her and asked her for money.

When she says she didn`t have any, one of the men threw  her against the car.  She kicked him and managed to escape. That’s when the other man followed her, then tackled her to the ground.

“And when [the suspects] saw another car coming, that's when they finally left,” said Hill.

He said the victim immediately showed up at the apartment with blood and cuts.

“I was trying to her to calm her down because she was hyperventilating,” he said

Police said the suspects were unarmed, but still considered dangerous.

They’re described as two black males. Police say one of them has  scar on his face and tattoos on his neck and left cheek.
