CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - Chesterfield Police are investigating a crash that occurred early this morning on the Chippenham Parkway near the Midlothian exit.
Police say that they received the call around 2:30 a.m. and discovered that a car had crashed through the jersey wall, breaking the concrete.
There are no reported injures or charges at this time.
Officers are still trying to figure out exactly what happened.
