CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – All lanes of Interstate 95 have reopened, but there is still a  four-mile backup, reported Virginia Department of Transportation spokeswoman Dawn Eischen.

The backup is on Interstate 95 north between Route 288 (mile marker 62) and Willis Road (mile marker 64).

Eischen  said a delayed asphalt delivery slowed a morning paving project.

You are encouraged to use I-295 north or Route 1 to bypass the area.
