MECHANICSVILLE, Va. (WTVR) – Firefighters just marked “under control” a house fire in Mechanicsville. Hanover Fire Batt. Chief Willie Jones said the fire, along the 8100 block of Bell Creek Road, started around 1:30 p.m. Monday.
No one was inside the house when firefighters arrived.
A neighbor who sent pictures of the fire to CBS 6 said firefighters had Bell Creek Road blocked in both directions.
