RICHMOND, Va. -- The 69th Annual Commonwealth’s Day Ceremony is happening Tuesday, November 11 at 3pm at the Virginia War Memorial in Richmond.
Dr. Clay Mountcastle and retired Navy veteran Ryan O’Hallahan stopped by to share all the details.
The ceremony will also be broadcast live on CBS 6.1 and 6.3.
