RICHMOND, Va. -- A group of VCU graduates who went viral last summer with their water gun fights with strangers are spreading joy in the nation's capital.
One of the members, who goes by the nickname Hallelujah, engaged in some friendly competition with a National Guardsmen.
The group posted video challenging everyone from service members to protesters and even tourists during the Black Lives Matter marches.
Hallelujah said he and his friends are planning to post even more moments from their adventure in D.C.
