RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond’s high-end home market has hit another high mark with the sale of a West End mansion for over $9 million, among the biggest sale prices seen in a decade.
The “Hill Crest” mansion at 5103 Cary Street Road sold Monday for $9.125 million. The all-cash deal came in below the listing’s $10 million asking price.
