RICHMOND, Va. — Though typically in the market to buy independent grocery stores, the publicly traded parent company of Ellwood Thompson’s has a deal pending with a different kind of business.
Florida-based Healthy Choice Wellness Corp., which acquired the once-independent Carytown grocery store three years ago, is planning a “reverse merger” with Host Digital Infrastructure, a New York-based data center and artificial intelligence company.
