RICHMOND, Va. — The owner of a popular Southside bagel shop has bought into Church Hill.

Yero Rudzinskas, who two years ago opened Baltik’s Bagel along Forest Hill Avenue, recently purchased the former Alamo BBQ property at 2202 Jefferson Ave. for $560,000, city records show.
