RICHMOND, Va. -- Police have identified a South Carolina man killed in Richmond Monday morning.
Officers responded to the 2400 block of Lamb Avenue for the report of an abandoned semi-tractor cab at approximately 8:29 a.m.
When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered a man unresponsive in the front of the cab.
The man, identified as 40-year-old Rushard O. Grant, of Charleston, SC., was suffering from apparent trauma to the body and pronounced dead at the scene.
