Police seek to identify suspect involved in Richmond car vandalisms

RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond Police are asking for the community's help in identifying a person suspected of keying several cars in Shockoe Bottom.

On August 23, police say a woman's vehicle, parked along the 2300 block of East Main Street, was keyed between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. A note was also left on her car stating:

“This is a loading zone not a park however long you want zone.”

Detectives say they believe the suspect has keyed several other cars and are still investigating.

Anyone with information about the identity of the suspect is asked to call First Precinct Detective T. Wilson at (804) 646-0672 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
