RICHMOND, Va. -- One man was shot and received "serious injuries" following a shooting in downtown Richmond on Friday evening.
Police said the shooting took place near 4th Street and E. Grace Street.
Witnesses said that multiple shots rang out and diners who were seated outdoors at nearby restaurants were seen running.
Police were on the scene as of 11 p.m. Friday.
