HANOVER COUNTY, Va. -- Jarring video was captured by a trucker heading into work down I-95 South Monday morning showing a driver going the wrong way down an exit.
Crime Insider sources say that a man came driving down the exit ramp the wrong way at Exit 89, but a trooper was there to stop him from going further.
The man ran from his car was arrested after a brief pursuit near the exit .
