HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- Dominion Energy GardenFest of Lights is returning to Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden this holiday season with COVID-19 restrictions.

The Dominion Energy GardenFest of Lights begins Monday, November 23 through Sunday, January 10. (CLOSED Thanksgiving, Dec. 24-25).

The GardenFest of Lights features more than a million lights, botanical decorations, model trains and more. This year, all displays will be outdoors with safety measures in place.

Organizers say the number of visitors allowed at any given time has been substantially reduced this year due to the governor’s new mandate and COVID-19 restrictions.

All visitors are required to prepurchase tickets online, are required to wear a mask and are asked to limit their visit to one hour due to the capacity limits.

Due to limited capacities, visitors will have a 30-minute arrival and a no-refund policy.

This year, there are three seasons of pricing: Value Season, Peak Season, and Bonus Season and Free Member Nights.

Value Season
Members: $7 adults; $5 youth (age 3-17)
Non-members: $14 adults; $8 youth (age 3-12); Museums for All (SNAP or WIC card shown at check in): $1 adult; $0 youth (age 3-12)
