HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- Police are investigating a woman's death at a West End apartment complex.
The woman was identified Thursday afternoon as 53-year-old Tammy Elaine Price.
Officers were called to the 3400 block of Baymeadows Way, near Three Chopt and Cox road, at about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 19, to investigate both a firearm violation and medical emergency, according to a Henrico Police spokesperson.
"Henrico Police and Fire responded to the scene, located [Price] in a breezeway," the spokesperson wrote in an email. "[Price] succumbed to her injuries."
