RICHMOND, Va. -- Family members celebrated the milestone birthday of Agnes Webb, a remarkable woman who turned 90 years old on Friday.

"My mom has big shoes," Jo Ann Webb said. "And I just hope that if I could just walk in one of them, then I've done an amazing job."

Jo Ann said the family had planned a big celebration to mark the milestone, but had to nix it because of the COVID-19 crisis.

Instead, the family opted for a drive-by celebration.

Ms. Webb greeted family members with a smile, a clap and a wave as they streamed by her home.

"I'm the last of 19 children," said Ms. Webb said, who is the youngest of six boys and twelve girls.

Ms. Webb thanked folks for coming to mark her special day.

"I'm happy I got there," she said. "I'm happy that the Lord didn't take me earlier when my kids was small. I prayed, I prayed all the time, 'Lord, let me live to see my children be able to take care of themselves.' And he did."

"[She is] still here with a sound mind," Jo Ann said, "We are so fortunate."
