RICHMOND, Va. -- National Hispanic Heritage Month isn’t until September but Diversity Richmond is getting a head start with events to benefit the Hispanic Community and others.
There are several events planned including the VIVA! RVA Food Drive on July 27 and 28.
The goal is to feed 500 families and donations of $13 will feed a family of four. They’re also working with FeedMore.
Diversity Richmond is also partnering with the Department of Health offering free COVID-19 tests in the organization's parking lot. Reservations are suggested but walk-ins are accepted.
There are also Drive-in Drag Shows in Diversity's Richmond Parking Lot on selected weekends. Donations are $10 per car.
