RICHMOND, Va. -- The 2019 Eastern League All-Star week is here and the festivities are well underway.
A kickoff concert was held Monday night at Richmond Raceway.
World-renowned country group Big & Rich headlined the week's All-Star country music jam to a cheering Raceway crowd.
The All-Star week continues in Richmond with more events throughout the coming days.
