RICHMOND, Va. — A man is recovering after police say someone shot him in the face.
Officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 2200 block of Deforrest Street around 2:00 am Sunday morning near the Whitcomb Community.
Paramedics took the victim to VCU Medical Center where doctors last listed him in stable condition.
Investigators say they don’t yet know the motive behind the shooting.
