RICHMOND, Va. — A young girl was struck by a vehicle in the 1400 block of Coalter Street, in Mosby Court, confirmed Lt. Armstrong.
The six-year old’s injuries are unknown at this time.
The incident occurred just before 5 p.m. Monday. The vehicle involved was stopped by police, at another location.
Charges are still pending and the event under investigation.
CBS 6 reporter Jon Burkett arrived 40 minutes after the accident and no police remained on scene.
The child was transported to VCU Medical Center for precaution, police said.
