RICHMOND, Va. — A multi-vehicle wreck on I-64 west caused major backups on the Shockoe Valley Bridge in Richmond Friday afternoon.
VDOT reported the interstate’s right and center lanes were closed near mile marker 191.
As of 5:30 p.m., there was a three-mile backup. However, the jam had cleared by 6:30 p.m.
