HENRICO COUNTY, Va. – The Henrico County Division of Fire responded to a call on the 5500 block of Cardiff Court in Henrico County’s North Side for an apartment fire at 1:23 p.m. Saturday.
All the residents of the building escaped without injury. Firefighters controlled the fire before it could extend to adjacent apartments. According to fire officials, eight people have been displaced.
Crews are working with the Henrico Fire Marshal’s Office to determine a cause. No firefighters were injured during the incident.
