HENRICO, Va. — The underpass at Regency Mall has again claimed the roof of another truck. The most recent challenger of the underpass, which offers an 11′ by 6″ clearance, is a Penske truck.
One of the last vehicles that could not clear the space, a big rig, was able to back up and free itself.
The image captured by a CBS 6 reporter shows the truck firmly lodged into the steel beam, and possibly took out a portion of concrete. The titled Penske truck is split, with openings spreading from the top down to the sides.
