CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. – A Chesterfield man has been arrested for allegedly stealing power from the power company.
Police said that Philip Hochstetler reconnected his utility box after his power had been disconnected, which is a felony offense.
Hochstetler is due back in court in May.
