RICHMOND, Va. — A strong cold front will approach from the west during the afternoon, a line of storms is tracking across the metro.
A second line will develop as the cold front swings through during the evening. Some of these storms could be severe with damaging winds and large hail. Even if there is no severe weather, locally heavy rainfall will occur with the showers and storms.
