ASHLAND, Va. — A Midlothian man will lose his license for six months for his role in a crash that killed a Caroline County father.
Walter Potter was found guilty of reckless driving and fined $1500 Thursday.
Police said Potter’s Ford van rear-ended Floyd Robinson Jr.’s Honda Civic on route one back in September, causing Robinson and his two children to be thrown from their car.
Robinson died at the scene.
