RICHMOND, Va. -- There are three St. Patrick's Day Festivals in the area this weekend, and one was just moved to Sunday. The St. Paddy's Palooza has been moved to Sunday, March 15 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Innsbrook Pavillion. It is a different day but the same big fun will be had celebrating St. Patrick's Day.
Bring the family and come dressed in green to celebrate the holiday. You can join others going bald in support of St. Baldrick’s Foundation, a national, volunteer-driven charity dedicated to funding research to find cures for childhood cancers. Volunteers can sign-up, raise money and bring friends for the head shavings in support of St. Baldrick’s Foundation.
This family-friendly Irish festival features bagpipers, Irish dancers and live music. Activities include inflatable bounce houses and slides, face painting, pony rides, a petting zoo and hot air balloons. The event is free and open to the public.
Food will be for sale, by The Grapevine, Sticks, Gregory's Grill, Joey's Hot Dogs, The Paris Creperie, Gelati Celesti, and Kettle Corn vendors.
