Police name suspect wanted for armed robbery at Glen Allen shopping center

HENRICO, Va. — Henrico Police have identified a suspect who committed armed robbery in a Glen Allen shopping center parking lot at 8:43 p.m. Feb. 3.  The suspect approached the victim, displayed a firearm and demanded money. The victim complied and the suspect fled on foot toward the area of Staples Mill Road and Hungary Road along with another unidentified male.  No injuries were reported.

The suspect has been identified as Da’Twan Nicholas Hatton.  Police said that Hatton is a black male, 21 years of age, 5’9”, 160 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and a beard.  Hatton also has tattoos on the top of both hands.  He is currently wanted for robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Hatton’s last known address was in the 9100 block of Dentana Court, however at this time it is believed he is homeless.
