Treveon Graham returns in VCU’s win, UVA survives Wake’s upset bid

VCU saw the return of leading scorer Treveon Graham to the lineup and the Rams snapped a two-game losing streak with a 79-66 win over George Washington to end the Colonials 12-game home winning streak.  Graham scored 10 in his first game back since the leaving the St. Bonaventure game early after re-injuring his ankle.  He was one of four players in double figures.  Melvin Johnson scored a team high 17 points, hitting five three-pointers.

Richmond lost in overtime to George Mason 71-67.  Kendall Anthony sent the game to OT by hitting two free throws with 0.4 seconds left in regulation.  He finished with 10.  T.J. Cline led the Spiders with 18 and freshman Josh Jones scored a career high 12 points.

UVA improved to 23-1 on the season and 2-0 without Justin Anderson in the lineup after avoiding Wake Forest's upset bid 61-60.  Anthony Gill scored 19 in the win.

William & Mary lost sole possession of first place in the CAA after Delaware beat them 73-70 in Williamsburg.
