CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — An accident involving a tractor-trailer has backed up traffic on Route 288 Monday afternoon.
VDOT reports that the north left shoulder, left lane, right lane and right shoulder was closed at the Hull Street Road ramp.
Traffic was backed up about a mile as of 4 p.m. By 4:20 p.m., the lanes had reopened.
