HENRICO COUNTY, Va. – Luke Massey is a star 5th grader in Mrs. Oliff`s class at Glen Allen Elementary School in Henrico. In addition to being eager to work and considerate, Luke makes blankets for the Children’s Hospital and packs meals with his church for Stop Hunger Now. Luke also just earned his black belt in karate.
