It was wn early start to a busy night on Central Virginia’s roadway began with an overturned car on Interstate I-195 northbound.

Around midnight Wednesday morning, Virginia State Police and Richmond Fire responded to the northbound lanes because of a overturned Honda Civic near the overpass above Laburnum Avenue.
