HANOVER COUNTY, Va. — Traffic is backed up on I-95 south in Hanover County Friday afternoon.
VDOT said the left and center lanes of the interstate are closed just south of Lewistown Road.
As of 5:45 p.m., there was a 3.5 mile backup.
