COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. — A crash has traffic on I-95 south backed up for several miles Tuesday evening.
VDOT said the wreck happened near Southpark Blvd. (mm 53) and has closed the right and center lanes of the interstate.
As of 5:20 p.m., there was a 5.5 mile backup. Drivers are warned to expect delays.
