RICHMOND, Va. — Expect major delays I-95 in each direction from mile marker 91 – mile marker 93 from 7 p.m. – 5:30 a.m. in Hanover. Flaggers will be on scene directing traffic in and out of the area for the Rt. 54 bridge replacement project. Use Rt. 1 to avoid delays.
