RICHMOND, Va. — Weather permitting, new traffic signals are being installed at the Broad St./Hockett Rd. intersection in Goochland. Lights will begin flashing operations Monday from 9 a.m. to noon and become full-color operational Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon. Drivers will follow the new traffic patterns at that time.
