Redskins head coach Jay Gruden admits Robert Griffin III could start against the Cowboys next Monday night, but he needs to see a few things first.
Originally Griffin was slated to be out eight weeks from his injury.
Gruden said he needs to know answers to questions such as if RGIII can run without pain, does he feel good, is the ankle sturdy enough, does he play well with the brace?
"A lot of it is out of my hands," said Gruden.
