What does discovery of remains mean for Hannah Graham suspect Jesse Matthew?

RICHMOND, Va. --  Legal analyst and criminal defense attorney Todd Stone appeared on the CBS 6 News at 11 to discuss the legal implications of Saturday's discovery of human remains in the woods of Albemarle County.

A search team looking for missing University of Virginia student Hannah Graham found remains along an abandoned property off of Old Lynchburg Road in southern Albemarle County.

The remains were taken to the Medical Examiner’s Office in Richmond to be autopsied and positively identified.
