CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — All lanes of I-95 north near Bells Road were closed after two separate crashes in Chesterfield County Wednesday afternoon.
The interstate’s southbound left lane was also closed to allow first responders to get to the scene.
However, all lanes of the interstate had reopened by 6:50 p.m.
At one point there was a four mile backup, but it was down to just over two miles as of 6:50 p.m.
