DAMASCUS TOWNSHIP, Penn. — Police in Pennsylvania arrested and charged a 10-year-old boy with criminal homicide after his mother turned him in to police, according to a report on WNEP.com. The child is accused of using a cane to kill a 90-year-old woman.
The woman, who was cared for by the child’s grandfather, lived in the grandfather’s home.
When the boy visited his grandfather over the weekend, he told police he got into an argument with the 90-year-old woman. During the argument, the boy told police he put a cane around her throat and punched her numerous times.
