RICHMOND, Va - The afro-funk jazz group Plunky and Oneness got us to slip on our dancing shoes with two performances of ‘Never Too Late’ and ‘Hop, Skip, and a Jump.’ The four-member group will be the headliners for the upcoming Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc’s Homecoming Gala on the campus of Virginia State University.
