HENRICO, Va. –On Interstate 95 southbound at mile marker 80, motorists can expect major delays due to a vehicle accident.
All lanes are closed at Hermitage Road (mm 80).
Traffic backups are approximately 2.5 miles and can be seen at the Chamberlayne exit. Then, at mile marker 82 there are potential delays due to a tractor-trailer accident.
