RICHMOND, Va -- Police are investigating three separate overnight shootings in Richmond.
One happened in the 1500 block of East Main Street on Friday night at around 11:50. Police say the man was shot by an unknown suspect. He then took a taxi to VCU Medical Center. He had a non-life threatening injury.
The second happened in the 1900 block of Redd Street at around 12:45 Saturday morning. A woman was taken to VCU Medical Center with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The third happened in the 1200 block of Hull Street at around 2:45 Saturday morning. Police said a man arrived at Chippenham Hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
There were no suspect descriptions early Saturday morning.
