Lanes open after Sunday morning crash on I-95 in Chesterfield

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va -- A crash on I-95 southbound closed all lanes early Sunday in Chesterfield.

The accident happened near mile marker 64. Virginia State Troopers on scene said a driver heading northbound fell asleep and drove into the jersey barrier, throwing concrete onto the southbound lanes.

Some of the cars in the southbound lanes drove into the debris and had flat tires as a result. There were no injuries reported among those drivers.

There were no details immediately available about the condition of the driver who hit the barrier.
